Food is our medicine. With grocery store vegetables and fruits being highly modified and sprayed, they hold very few nutrients these days. We should all be foraging and eating wild herbs to protect ourselves and our families. If you are curious and ready to walk the plant path, I love nothing more than opening up my home apothecary, gardens, and kitchen to fellow like-minded plant medicine women.
